New England Boatworks, a full service yacht building and repair company has immediate full-time openings for the following positions:

Composite Boat Builders / Laminators
Experience preferred in epoxy vacuum bag techniques and pre-peg in new construction and repairs.

Crane Operator
Work with mast rigging and yard crews. Some knowledge of sailboat rigging helpful. Must hold a valid RI hydraulic crane license.

Marine Electrician
Experienced marine electrician wanted for busy full service boatbuilding facility and marina. Must be familiar with all aspects of service and new construction with strong organizational skills. Minimum 10 years in the field with ABYC certification required.

Marine Painters & Laminators
Experience preferred but not required.

Marine Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Technician
Experienced marine refrigeration and air conditioning technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills. Needs current EPA refrigeration handling license. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a significant amount of overtime during busy periods.

Metal Fabricators
Certified aluminum/stainless steel welders and fabricators experienced in MIG and TIG welding.

Yacht Rigger
Able to perform complete sailboat rigging, repairs, commissioning and yearly inspections. Should be familiar with load handling and hand signals to crane operator.
